The adventure awaits at the below rates during peak season, which runs from September to March, with a minimum booking of 4 hours.
Enjoy a discount of 20% during low season, from April to August, and an additional 15% off in the low season for bookings made from Monday to Thursday.

$750/hour, minimum of 4 hours.
Up to 25-30 passengers for a cocktail/canapé style event, or 14 passengers for a formal dining setting.
ZEPHYR STAR
$800 / hour, minimum of 4 hours.
Up to 35-40 passengers for a cocktail/canapé style event, or 18 passengers for a formal dining setting.
ZEPHYR RESORT
$1000/hour, minimum of 4 hours.
Up to 70 passengers for a cocktail/canapé style event, or 44 passengers for a formal dining setting.

$650/hour, minimum of 4 hours.

Get the whole crew together and book a combination of the different boats.
MV Zephyr & Zephyr Star together for $1550/hour, minimum of 4 hours.
Up to 60 passengers for a cocktail style event, or 32 passengers for a formal dining setting.
MV Zephyr, Zephyr Star and Zephyr Resort “rafted up” can accomodate upto 130 passengers!
Raft-up's" as we call them, are our favourite events!
You and your guests will have the choice to board either of the boats on arrival. The boats will cruise side-by-side to a secluded, scenic spot on Pittwater and will ajoin at the entry gates when anchored. At this point, you and your guests will be free to move between the boats as you please.

The upper limit of the advertised passenger count is the maximum number of people the vessels are licensed for, and exceeding this limit by even one person would be illegal.
While the boats may feel snug at full capacity, once everyone settles into the various zones of the boats, any concerns about space quickly fade away. We've never received complaints about insufficient room, but we wanted to flag that the lower end of the advertised passenger count can provide a more relaxed and comfortable experience for some.
Please be aware that all vendors (musicians, photographers, chefs, etc.) must be included in the licensed capacity head count.
The Zephyr Captain and Hostesses do NOT count as part of your passengers.

Yes children are allowed.
If your style of event is a party and have a young baby attending we highly recommend getting them a pair of “baby ear muffs” to wear as the music usually gets quite loud.

We have a wet weather set up on the boat, with lounges undercover and rain proof walls that roll down and are secured to keep you and your guests dry!
Your captain will also find a sheltered area on Pittwater to protect you and your guests from the elements.
We guarantee you will have a great time Rain Hail or Shine!
We would not cancel the charter unless it is deemed unsafe by the captain which has never happened before!

YES, we have an awesome built-in surround sound speakers which you can connect your phone to via bluetooth for full control on the day, or better send us your Spotify playlist via email and we will have your music playing from zephyrs phone when you and your guests board, so you can still take photos and videos as that interrupts the music!

YES, we will supply drinking water, ice, glassware, napkins, cutlery and plates.

You are welcome to wear any shoes you desire, including heels. The Zephyr is one level, no steps.

YES, Any BYO FOOD, or STYLING can be arranged on the boat which we will be at NEWPORT WHARF up to 30mins prior to your charter start time.
Unfortunately the crew will not be able to arrange these things for you.
Please note, customers who are doing DIY styling that there is to be max 2ppl onboard early for this.
Unfortunately we do not have a drop off spot for things on an earlier date to your charter and we do not have a delivery address for things to be sent to.

NO, our charters run exclusively within the Pittwater. Except for New Years Eve we charter in Sydney Harbour.

YES!! We provide a large floating lily pad which comes included in the vessel hire. Your guests can hang out on the lily pad in the water - we are fully insured for this. Just let our friendly staff know if you’d like to use it and they will be happy to assist. PACK YOUR OWN SWIMMERS AND TOWELS!

YES, our add-on options are just on our website as options to make your life easier BUT you are welcome to BYO any of those elements yourself. Once you have booked the boat the rest is up to you! Our customer service team will be there to help you with the planning the whole way through!

We usually pick up and drop off at the public wharf in Newport which is right below the Merivale venues “The Newport” and "Berts", which are both great spots for pre-drinks, or your after party!
If you would like a different pick up location, within the Pittwater, please get in touch so we can confirm if your request is possible. There is a $100 charge for pick up from a different wharf. Drop off is ONLY Newport Wharf. Please note, if you have booked the afternoon charter your charter will need to start 30mins later (you will still get your full 4hours). These changes and fees have been put in place due to time frames between charters. We hope you understand and we will continue to do our best to accommodate to everyone's needs.
